All sessions are conducted face-to-face via Zoom. You'll receive a unique Zoom link in your confirmation email for each session.

I offer 30 tutoring spots per week across 5 days, including weekends, available for booking up to 14 days in advance. My schedule varies weekly since I work 2 rotating 12-hour hospital shifts, but I maintain consistent availability for students.

Most students benefit from meeting weekly or every other week, though I can accommodate up to 4 sessions per week for intensive preparation. I'll make a personalized recommendation during your first session based on your timeline and goals. For frequent sessions, book 5-10 days in advance as spots fill quickly during busy periods.

No need to worry about time zone conversions! Acuity's scheduling system automatically adjusts for your location.

How it works:

• The available times you see are already displayed in YOUR time zone

• When you book, the system automatically converts it to my time zone

• Your confirmation emails will show the appointment in your local time

Important: Always double-check that your device/browser has the correct time zone setting before booking to ensure accuracy.

You can cancel or reschedule using the links in your Acuity confirmation or reminder emails or by contacting me directly.

Cancellation/rescheduling requirements:

• Premium Members: 24+ hours advance notice required

• Regular Wyzant students: 48+ hours advance notice required

Cancellations or reschedules with less notice than this will be charged the full price of the lesson. This policy ensures I can offer your time slot to other students who need support.

You have several options to track your scheduled sessions:

Check your Acuity emails:

• Confirmation email (sent immediately after booking)

• Reminder emails (sent before your session)

Create a free Acuity account:

• Click "Sign Up" in the top right corner of my scheduling page

• View all your appointments in one place

Add to your calendar:

• Use the buttons at the bottom of your confirmation emails to sync with Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook

Important: You are responsible for tracking your own appointments. The cancellation policy applies even if you:

• Forget about your scheduled session

• Accidentally book the wrong day or time

• Miss your session due to scheduling errors

My Premium Members that have met for at least 5 sessions have a 100% NCLEX pass rate to date. However, I cannot guarantee results as success depends heavily on the effort you put in during sessions, your preparation outside of tutoring, and following the strategies we discuss together.

Absolutely! Many of my most successful students have overcome significant challenges. However, it's important to set realistic expectations about the journey ahead.

Students who face additional challenges typically need more intensive support. This might include factors like:

• Time constraints (working full-time, parenting young children, accelerated programs)

• Academic gaps (lower GPA, time since prerequisites, content gaps)

• Learning considerations (test anxiety, learning differences, English as second language)

• Previous setbacks (failed courses or exams)

The key is recognizing these factors early and planning accordingly. If multiple factors apply to you, success is absolutely achievable - but you'll likely need more frequent sessions, additional study time, and a longer preparation timeline than students without these challenges.

My approach: We'll create a realistic study plan that acknowledges your specific situation and builds in the extra support you need. Many students with complex circumstances have achieved their goals - it just requires a more strategic approach and greater commitment to the process.

Bottom line: Your circumstances don't determine your potential, but they do inform how much support you'll need to reach your goals.
