What You're Wondering
How many sessions do I need for the TEAS or HESI?
It depends on your test date, your score goal, and your current weak areas. Most students need 2–6 focused sessions. We'll map this out during your free consultation so you know exactly what to budget for.
I'm retaking the exam — can you help me figure out what went wrong?
Yes — and this is actually one of the most valuable things tutoring can do. If you have your score report, we can identify exactly which sections and sub-categories to focus on. No more guessing what to study differently.
Do you cover both the TEAS and HESI?
Yes. The ATI TEAS 7 is more common for BSN programs, and the HESI A2 is typically required by LPN and ADN programs (though some BSN programs use it too). I'll tailor prep to whichever exam your program requires.
It's been years since I took science classes. Is that a problem?
Not at all — this is the most common situation TEAS students are in. We'll do a quick assessment of where your gaps are and rebuild the relevant content efficiently. You don't need to re-take a full A&P course to score well on the TEAS science section.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or reschedules. You can do this directly through your Acuity confirmation email or by contacting me. Less than 24 hours notice will not receive a refund.
My program requires a specific HESI composite score. Can you help me hit it?
Yes — send me your program's specific requirements before or during the consultation. Some programs require only certain HESI sections, and we'll build your prep around exactly what counts toward your admission score.
Do you offer recurring weekly sessions?
Yes — VIP weekly slots give you a guaranteed recurring time slot at $65/hr, paid monthly upfront with no long-term commitment. They're released mid-month for the following month. Ask about availability during your free consultation.
Will tutoring actually help me get a significantly higher score?
Depends on how much time you put in between sessions and how honestly you engage with the process. I can identify your gaps and give you the most efficient path to your goal — but the studying between sessions is on you.
